Ainsdale Beach trip

Lesson: Geography

Class: Year 2 Year: 2025 - 2026

Year 2 had a lovely day at Ainsdale Beach. They saw first hand where the land meets the sea as we have been learning about the coast and the coastline.

We have also be learning about physical and human features and were able to see some of those features when we were there. 

Children saw the dunes and when explaining about their importance in helping to fight the erosion caused by the tides they will have a better understanding.
