At Alma Park, we pride ourselves on our pupils’ behaviour and attitudes, which are consistently outstanding. This is a consequence of our shared ethos and the consistent application of our Promoting Positive Behaviour policy.

Using a restorative approach, our Behaviour policy helps children to reflect on their behaviour and its effects upon others, developing their conflict-resolution skills, communication and sense of empathy. This helps to create a positive learning environment, in which difference and diversity is celebrated and everyone is accepted for who they are.
