UNICEF Rights Respecting School
Remembrance Day
This was our first whole school themed day where we introduced the UNICEF Rights of a child. We focussed on:

Governments must do everything they can to protect and care for children affected by war. Governments must not allow children under the age of 15 to take part in war or join the armed forces.

Every class made a wreath or poppy display which we placed in our hall underneath the remebrance plaque. Have a look at the picture taken with our school council members and some children from KS1.
